EMERGENCY PLAN
The Credit Union has ongoing activities which help prepare for many disaster situations. A team of highly qualified staff regularly performs drills and testing to plan out actions to take should an emergency occur.
As a member of the Credit Union, please consider the following contact points in the event of a disaster:
-
Telephone calls will be rerouted between branch offices in multiple states making it simple to call any TruGrocer location to conduct business.
-
There is at least one Credit Union branch office in each of the four (4) time zones in the continental United States. This coverage provides a geographical diversity when local or regional emergencies create problems. Contacting a different branch office should get service information quickly.
-
Plastic networks (debit and credit cards) can provide easy account access.
-
Shared branch locations are available throughout the United States.
-
Public media and emergency communication systems will be utilized to distribute important information.
Access to Credit Union services is of utmost importance and your cooperation in case of an emergency is sincerely appreciated.
